Delivery Supervisor

About the role

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Delivery Supervisor in Lancaster, California. The role covers daily delivery operations, driver scheduling and route management, while fostering an engaged workforce and keeping drivers compliant with DOT, OSHA and other safety and health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, including planning and scheduling driver schedules, managing routes and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
• Create and sustain a culture where employees feel valued and motivated, and foster employee engagement.
• Monitor driver performance, analyze KPIs and address performance gaps so quality standards and productivity goals are met.
• Conduct safety audits, ensure drivers follow protocols and stay current on regulatory changes (DOT, OSHA).
• Adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules, customer demands, service hours and workload.
• Maintain positive internal and external customer relationships through regular communication.
• Carry out other projects or duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate's degree with 3 to 4+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of supervisory experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1 to 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
