Delivery Management Engineer II

About the role

Deloitte is hiring a Delivery Management Engineer II for its AI & Engineering team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role works with onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver AI, GenAI and cloud platform programs, combining hands-on technical skills with program and project management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work with product and service delivery teams for AI, GenAI and cloud platform programs
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native and open-source tools
• Manage technical programs and projects with planning, reporting and risk management
• Handle requirements documentation (FSDs), map business needs to technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, ECS and EKS (multi-cloud preferred)

Required profile

• 4+ years designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native and open-source tools
• 3+ years building AI and agentic systems and working with LLM agents, RAG, multi-agent systems, evaluation and cloud-native architectures
• 4+ years in product and lifecycle management, including leading delivery
• 4+ years as a technical program or project manager with planning, reporting and risk management
• 4+ years in requirements documentation and stakeholder communication
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time; limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Salary range for Pittsburgh: $86,400 to $170,900, with possible eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
