About the role

Join Misfits Market as a Delivery Driver and become the face of our mission‑driven grocery service. You will transport fresh, organic produce and other grocery items from our fulfillment centers directly to customers’ doors across Madison, ensuring every delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver customer orders to the correct address within the assigned time window.
• Inspect packages for quality and report any issues before departure.
• Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Provide friendly, professional service and represent Misfits Market’s brand values during each interaction.
• Accurately record delivery information and handle any customer inquiries or concerns on site.
