About the role
The Delivery Analyst on the Project Management Solutions team supports Deloitte's Human Services Transformation practice. You will help implement, operate, and maintain systems while contributing to help‑desk operations and software development workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Support systems implementation, operations, maintenance, and application support activities.
- Contribute to help‑desk operations and software application development and maintenance workstreams.
- Complete assigned tasks and deliverables to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Review work products for accuracy, identify issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to support project execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
