Deep Foundation Specialist

About the role

The Deep Foundation Specialist will act as the primary champion for Liebherr Foundation Rig products in the United States. You will bridge the gap between customers and the company, ensuring that the right solutions are applied to each jobsite while driving market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales to identify customer contacts, visit job sites and present appropriate foundation solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between Sales and customers to introduce and expand Liebherr deep‑foundation equipment in the US market.
• Develop and deliver training programs on pile walls, CFA, displacement, minipiling, diaphragm walls, Kelly drilling, dynamic compaction and other ground‑improvement methods.
• Advise customers on equipment usage, production rates, job layout and best practices for various ground conditions.
• Provide technical support to sales staff and maintain up‑to‑date competitive pricing and product data.
• Identify product improvement opportunities for the US market and communicate recommendations to the factory development team.
• Operate, inspect, repair, dismantle, reassemble and perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment.

Required profile

• Associate or Technical degree with at least three years of experience in deep‑foundation equipment or related heavy‑equipment fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Liebherr foundation rigs and competitive landscape.
• Ability to train sales teams and customers on complex ground‑improvement techniques.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Operation and inspection of deep‑foundation rigs.
• Mechanical repair, part replacement, and routine maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of pile‑wall methods (drilled, vibratory, impact‑driven), CFA, displacement, minipiling, diaphragm walls, Kelly drilling and dynamic compaction.
• Technical support and troubleshooting for foundation equipment.
• Competitive pricing analysis and product development communication.
