About the role

The Dean of Secondary Programs will provide visionary leadership and oversight for four secondary education entities: Hope Collegiate Academy, Texarkana Collegiate Academy, Hope Secondary Career Center, and Texarkana Secondary Career Center. This senior academic position is part of the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope‑Texarkana and serves as a key link between the university and local school districts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of the two Collegiate Academies and two Secondary Career Centers.
• Act as the primary liaison between the University of Arkansas Hope‑Texarkana and area school districts.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality academic and career pathways for high school students.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in senior administration or academic leadership within secondary education.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with university officials and K‑12 school districts.
• Commitment to developing and maintaining high‑quality academic and career programs for secondary students.
