About the role

The Deals Accelerated Solutions IT Manager will design and implement integration solutions and platform architectures that enable efficient data flow and improve technology infrastructure for clients. Reporting within PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, the role combines strategic planning, client account management, and team leadership to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integration and platform architecture initiatives to optimize technology infrastructure.
• Develop and execute IT cost‑management and value‑management strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze IT spending, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and recommend resource‑allocation improvements.
• Validate that technology solutions deliver measurable value and support strategic objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance of junior team members.
• Use business impact analysis and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and promote continuous improvement.
• Champion technology and innovation to enhance delivery and team development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and drive cost‑control initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to integrity and authenticity.
