Deal Advisor – Real Estate Transaction Support

About the role

The Deal Advisor supports Coldwell Banker agents in Scottsdale by providing expert guidance on real‑estate transactions, contract compliance, and professional development. This position blends transaction management, contract review, and agent coaching to ensure smooth, legally compliant deals.

Key responsibilities

• Approve all documents in Transaction Manager for the assigned territory, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review and sign listing agreements and disclosures, maintaining company and state standards.
• Authorize form modifications and manage contract changes, communicating clearly with agents to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to agent inquiries via email, phone, or virtual meetings regarding transactions, contracts, and representation.
• Track and document all agent interactions in company systems for continuous service improvement.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training on transaction processes, local contract management, and common errors.
• Provide strategic guidance on commission and fee discussions, coaching agents on objection handling.
• Present content and field Q&A at sales meetings to enhance agent understanding.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to share best practices and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Active Broker’s license in Arizona.
• 5–7 years of experience in residential real‑estate transactions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with emerging technology.

Required skills

• Active Broker’s license in the state of service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with internet platforms and transaction management software.
