Data Strategy Manager

About the role

At PwC, the Data and Analytics team helps clients turn data into actionable insights. The Data Strategy Manager leads the development and implementation of data‑driven strategies that improve business performance and support decision‑making. This role combines technical expertise with people leadership to deliver high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of data‑driven strategies to enhance business performance.
• Inspire and motivate team members, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional client service.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution and completion.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop team members, using work reviews to deepen expertise.
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
