Data Scientist – Project Delivery Senior Analyst – AI & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our AI & Engineering team as a Project Delivery Senior Analyst. You will work on client‑focused projects, applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex business problems while enjoying a collaborative, low‑travel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, and model large, complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine‑learning models using Python and leading frameworks.
• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers, project teams, and technical stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
• Communicate model behavior and results to non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Statistical modeling and machine‑learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment.
• MLOps concepts: pipelines, versioning, monitoring, retraining.
• Data wrangling, exploratory analysis, and visualization.
• Cloud ML services (Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML, Fabric ML).
