Data Quality & BI Consultant

About the role

Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Data Quality & BI Consultant to help clients turn raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement and optimise data‑governance and business‑intelligence solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes, identify optimisation opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific benchmarks.
• Work with technical teams to document system customisations, create standard operating procedures and design workflows that satisfy functional requirements.
• Research third‑party products, provide comparative analysis of features, costs and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs to ensure system stability post‑implementation.
