Data Integration Business Analyst

About the role
The Data Integration Business Analyst will support interface and data conversion initiatives for a SAP global template implementation. Working on‑site in Alpharetta, GA, you will partner with business and IT teams to capture requirements, analyze current data flows, and design future‑state solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document interface and data requirements from business stakeholders.
- Analyze current‑state data and processes to define mapping and transformation rules.
- Create functional specifications for SAP interfaces and master data solutions.
- Facilitate working sessions, support integration testing, and validate interface outputs.
- Assist project managers with task tracking, issue management, and timeline coordination.
Required profile
- Proven experience collecting interface and data requirements.
- Strong ability to document data mappings from legacy systems to SAP.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- High ownership mindset for managing complex data interfaces.
