Data Entry/Lockbox

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry/Lockbox associate to join our team. The role involves processing incoming payments and related documents, ensuring accurate data capture and image quality while following customer‑specific guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare work batches by removing payments and forms from envelopes.
• Enter payment data into the system according to standard operating procedures and client instructions.
• Operate high‑speed imaging equipment to capture check images.
• Verify checks and match images to corresponding paperwork, validating image quality.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards and contribute to team goals.
• Assist in any production area as needed and make routine judgment calls.
• Escalate non‑routine issues to supervisors or managers.
