Data Entry Specialist – Sports Ticket Pricing

About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to manage sports ticket pricing across our nationwide platform. The role involves updating and maintaining accurate ticket prices in our Point of Sale system, ensuring competitive offers for fans.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, secondary‑market activity and industry trends to set and adjust ticket prices.
• Enter, verify and audit large volumes of pricing information with a focus on accuracy.
• Monitor the ticketing system for pricing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Support rapid pricing changes for high‑demand events or last‑minute adjustments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working in an office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
