Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing healthcare technology organization to hire Data Entry Specialists on a hybrid basis in Denver, Colorado. The role supports the Enrollment team by accurately processing provider enrollment data and maintaining critical records, offering a pathway to a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update provider enrollment information in internal systems.
• Execute Change of Address and EFT/ERA processes for insurance payments.
• Verify provider details such as NPI numbers and Tax IDs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate enrollment.
• Monitor enrollment requests and follow established timelines.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and resolve data discrepancies.
• Learn and use new software applications through company‑provided training.
• Support additional administrative and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
