Data Entry Specialist

About the role

The Data Entry Specialist supports Lids Sports Group by processing high‑volume merchandise order information quickly and accurately. This position ensures purchase orders and store transfers are entered correctly, helping the retail operation run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into the company system.
• Coordinate and enter store transfer data.
• Perform high‑volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve missing or incomplete information.
• Provide temporary coverage for other departments, such as reception, when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate’s degree in a business‑related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of high‑volume data entry experience in an office environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
