About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our medical team in Phoenix. You will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying patient information while working with medical terminology and multiple software platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify data accurately in a medical environment.
- Work with medical terminology to ensure correct record handling.
- Navigate and learn multiple data‑entry systems quickly.
- Make outbound calls to clinics to obtain missing records as needed.
Required profile
- Experience with medical terminology.
- Strong data‑entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Reliable, full‑time availability on‑site.
