About the role
We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our medical team in Phoenix. You will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying patient information while working with medical terminology and multiple software systems.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify data accurately in a medical environment.
- Work with medical terminology to ensure correct record keeping.
- Utilize multiple systems and quickly learn new tools.
- Make outbound calls to clinics to obtain records as needed.
Required profile
- Experience with medical terminology.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating professionally on the phone.
- Reliable and able to work full‑time on‑site.

What we offer
- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule.
- On‑site work in Phoenix near the Northern and 51 Freeway.
- Pay rate of $19 per hour with potential to become a permanent position.
