Data Entry Clerk – Second Shift

About the role

Join Blount Fine Foods as a Data Entry Clerk on the second shift, starting at 4 p.m. You will support the production team by accurately recording process data and maintaining essential documentation in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify departmental HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps for each batch from start to finish.
• Assist with pack‑out line set‑up and production support as needed.
• Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
• Identify yield and bottleneck issues and communicate findings to leads and coordinators.
• Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) devices for data capture.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training.
• Detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and able to follow established procedures.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Radio Frequency (RF) usage.
• Production database systems.
