Data Entry Clerk – ERP Production (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our ERP system in a fast‑paced dairy production environment. The role focuses on entering, updating, and maintaining production, inventory, and operational data in Microsoft Dynamics D365 at our Remus, MI plant.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update production orders, inventory transactions, and material movements in the ERP system.
• Process bills of materials, routings, and work order data.
• Verify production data against shop‑floor paperwork, inventory logs, and shipping/receiving records.
• Maintain item master data, part numbers, and product specifications.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory reconciliations, and generate routine reports.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, warehouse staff, purchasing, and accounting to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of data entry experience, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics D365 (or similar ERP system).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
