Data Entry Associate

About the role

The Data Entry Associate supports the payroll function for caregivers at Consumer Direct Care Network. The role ensures accurate and timely entry of caregiver documentation into the payroll system, collaborating with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies. This position offers a chance to develop payroll and administrative expertise within a mission‑driven home‑care organization.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter caregiver documents into the payroll system in a timely manner.
• Validate all caregiver documentation for completeness and request additional information when necessary.
• Generate and review reports, emails, and work tasks to meet payroll deadlines.
• Maintain and update caregiver records across multiple platforms and databases.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve data discrepancies and ensure integrity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to all applicable legal, organizational, and policy standards and procedures.
• Prioritize workload to manage high‑volume tasks efficiently and effectively.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Prior office or administrative experience (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes (preferred).
• Ability to successfully pass a background screening.
• Reliable internet connection required for remote/hybrid work arrangements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
