Data Entry Assistant (Remote)

About the role

7Seventy Recruiting is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Assistant to support administrative and operational teams through accurate data management and document organization. This full‑time remote position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Review and verify data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, correcting issues to ensure high data integrity.
• Organise and manage electronic and physical documents and assist in preparing reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with team members to complete data‑related projects within deadlines and follow company policies on data confidentiality and security.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous data‑entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time‑management skills, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude for remote teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of database management and data verification.
