The Project/Program Specialist (Data Engineer IV) is a full‑time provisional position within the COSMOS Research Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Funded through a grant or contract, the role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights for analytics and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for analytics and decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain datasets, ensuring high data quality and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and systems.
• Interpret trends and patterns, creating complex data reports.
• Build algorithms and prototypes to support research initiatives.
• Lead the development of social media data collection pipelines.

Required profile
