Data Center Security Monitor

About the role

Amentum works with customers in the Intelligence Community to provide mission support, and is looking for security-minded people to start or extend their careers in national security. As a Security Monitor, you will protect the security and integrity of facilities. The position is for future openings and candidates must live locally in the Denver, CO area.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and surveil the surroundings and the activities of people working in or visiting sensitive facilities
• Describe incidents verbally and in writing, and give briefings and reports
• Complete DCJS training within 90 days of hire

Required profile

• Current TS/SCI with poly clearance; US citizenship required to obtain and maintain it
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to walk and stand 8-12 hours a day and to observe people from a moderate distance
• Good customer service skills and satisfactory oral and written communication
• Reliable transportation to sites not accessible by public transport or pickup/drop-off
• Availability for 8-12 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
