Data Auditor

About the role

The Data Auditor supports the Helpline Services team by collecting, reconciling, evaluating and reporting daily contact data. This role ensures accurate and timely data delivery for monthly, weekly, annual and fiscal reporting to internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate and report all Helpline contact data on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Review and reconcile intake forms, identify discrepancies and notify relevant staff.
• Prepare and export data sets using Microsoft Excel and predefined formats.
• Assist with mailing, emailing and filing of intake reports for contractors.
• Support Helpline Specialists and trainees through guidance, training and mentorship.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on calls, chats and texts and generate related reports.
• Provide occasional administrative support to the Director of Helpline Services.

Required profile

• Ability to work a standard 40‑hour week with flexibility for holidays, weekends or shift work as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Physical ability to remain seated for most of the day and lift up to 30 lb.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency for data entry, manipulation and reporting.
