Data Analyst - Supply Chain Warehouse Reporting & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support supply chain warehouse reporting and analytics. The role involves data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis and the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and mine data from multiple sources, including SAP and WMS, to build operational reports.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly KPI dashboards and automate report delivery.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI dashboards and visualisations.
• Develop analytical models that support decision‑making and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Publish standard and ad‑hoc reports for diverse audiences across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting and data analysis within logistics, distribution centre, warehouse or supply‑chain environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and across multicultural teams.
