Data Analyst (Remote, Operations)

About the role

Summus is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support its Operations team. You will help drive evidence‑based decisions across cross‑functional and C‑suite initiatives, enabling the company to expand its specialty healthcare navigation services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and iterate the company’s data strategy.
• Identify and implement data solutions ahead of new product and service launches.
• Design methods and tools for data capture, reporting, and analysis across clinical outcomes, operations, marketing, and sales.
• Create enhancements to the technology platform in partnership with the Engineering team.
• Manage vendor relationships that support the data strategy.
• Work with Member Experience, Commercial, Client Success, and other internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple business functions.
