Data Analyst – Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our inbound and outbound operations teams in fulfillment centers. The role involves providing data insights, conducting root‑cause investigations and ensuring compliance with inventory control and quality assurance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with inbound and outbound operations to deliver analytical support.
• Participate in ACES initiatives and perform root‑cause investigations of defects.
• Maintain compliance with ICQA‑related Sarbanes‑Oxley (SoX) requirements.
• Support operational leaders and associates to achieve strong results.
• Help maintain expert‑level knowledge of production processes and evaluate improvements.
• Communicate instructions, motivate teams and promote a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including overtime, with flexible scheduling for weekends, nights or holidays.
