About the role
Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that help improve its AI‑driven job search platform. Based in New York, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to shape how the AI agents learn and evolve.
Key responsibilities
- Surface data‑driven insights that guide the tuning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI agents.
- Build clear reports and visualisations for product teams and external stakeholders.
- Respond quickly to data requests, turning analytical outputs into accessible narratives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong communicator able to present trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- SQL
- Python or R
- Basic data modelling
