About the role
As a Data Analyst at Northern Tool + Equipment you will support the design and delivery of data solutions, ensuring data is accurate, usable, and ready for insight generation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the data engineering team to translate needs into technical deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Write queries and scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and exploration.
- Prepare datasets for modeling, reporting, or operational use.
- Build or update PowerBI dashboards and reports from templates.
- Assist in documenting data processes and solution components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in team meetings and learn design principles.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Experience with SQL and basic ETL tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders and deliver clean data.
