Data Analyst

About the role

Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable intelligence that shapes how AI agents learn, adapt, and perform. You will work directly on AI systems that influence real product decisions and collaborate across product, engineering, and client teams in a high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Embed directly into client‑facing and internal workflows, ensuring data‑driven insights are woven into AI agent decision‑making.
• Design and deliver custom data reports and visualisations that provide clear, expert‑level findings for product teams and external stakeholders.
• Field data requests quickly and precisely, translating complex analytical outputs into accessible narratives.
• Collaborate with managers and cross‑functional teammates to refine data models and track agent performance over time.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
• Strong communicator able to present data trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Solid grounding in statistics, analytical methodologies, and the logic behind AI and machine‑learning systems.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work there; occasional travel for team summits may be required.
