Data Analyst III

About the role

The Data Analyst III ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of student data across Tulane University’s systems. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to set data‑quality standards, implement controls, and resolve inconsistencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large data sets.
• Establish and enforce data‑quality management principles and industry standards.
• Develop and apply quality‑control measures and data‑governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data‑privacy and compliance requirements.
• Document data‑quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR high school diploma with 6 years of proven data‑analysis experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
