Data Analyst – Digital Ad Sales Business Intelligence

About the role

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Digital Ad Sales Business Intelligence Product group. You will work with a high‑performing team to turn data into actionable insights that drive decisions across Disney’s advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Use internal and external analytics tools, including SQL, to access and analyze large data sets.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to diagnose business challenges, identify performance drivers, and uncover growth opportunities for Disney’s ad products.
• Build data visualizations and enterprise‑wide reports that align with client program objectives and serve diverse audiences.
• Provide regular support to internal users and act as the subject‑matter expert for Microstrategy/BI Dashboard usage.
• Partner with Ad Product teams to define, automate, and streamline routine analysis and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Experienced data analyst with a curiosity‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear findings and recommendations.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced media environment.
