Data Analyst – Data Warehouse Analytics & BI

About the role

OWL Services is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI reports, building robust data models in Snowflake, and ensuring the reliability of a production analytics stack that supports finance, operations, inventory, dispatch, and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries against Snowflake to investigate data and answer business questions.
• Build and refactor dbt models that harmonise data from multiple ERP systems into a unified schema.
• Reconcile disparate source‑system definitions to provide an apples‑to‑apples view for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, dispatch, inventory, and vendor management to gather requirements and translate them into reliable reporting.
• Monitor Fivetran connectors, dbt runs, and Power BI pipelines, surfacing anomalies and improvement opportunities.
