About the role
Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that help improve its AI agents. This entry-level position is based in New York and offers the chance to influence product decisions directly.
Key responsibilities
- Surface data-driven insights that guide the tuning, evaluation, and improvement of AI agents.
- Build reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to product teams and external stakeholders.
- Respond quickly to data requests, turning analytical outputs into accessible narratives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong communicator able to present trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working understanding of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
- Based in and authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred: internship or project experience in data analysis, research, or a support role at a tech or AI-focused organization.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Basic data modeling knowledge.
