About the role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that help shape and improve our AI agents. You will work closely with product teams to translate complex analyses into clear narratives that drive product decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Surface data‑driven insights that inform how our AI agents are tuned, evaluated, and improved over time.
- Build reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to product teams and external stakeholders.
- Respond quickly to data requests, turning analytical outputs into accessible narratives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong communicator able to present trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Working understanding of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
- Based in and authorized to work in the United States.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Basic data modeling knowledge.
