Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC Analyst / Threat Monitoring & Response)

About the role

Avint is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join the HACS program. In this position you will monitor security events, analyze emerging threats, and support incident response activities to keep the organization’s cyber posture strong.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor security alerts and events using SIEM platforms.
• Analyze potential threats and investigate suspicious activity.
• Assist the incident response team in containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Maintain and improve security monitoring processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Experience with security monitoring, SIEM tools, or incident response.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
