Cyber Threat Analyst

About the role

Cellebrite is expanding its Threat Ops team and seeks a Cyber Threat Analyst to strengthen its first line of defense. You will monitor security events, respond to incidents, and help automate and improve detection capabilities across multi‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security events, documenting actions and driving incidents to fast resolution.
• Continuously tune SIEM alerts, create new detection rules based on emerging threats and business strategy.
• Conduct threat‑hunting activities and generate vulnerability reports.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to evaluate and improve security policies and controls.
• Document incidents for incident‑response and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Perform internal and external security audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tier 2 Cyber Threat Analyst.
• Security+ or CEH certification.
• U.S. citizenship (required for this role).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms (rule creation, parsing, correlation, investigation).
• Implementation of security playbooks (e.g., Palo Alto XSOAR).
• Threat hunting expertise.
• Familiarity with Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Multi‑cloud experience (Azure, AWS).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, Active Directory, and file permissions.
• Experience with network and security devices, endpoint detection & response (EDR), firewalls, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python (advantage).
