Cyber Engineer Lead (CLIN Manager)

About the role

MANTECH is looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Engineer Lead to serve as the CLIN-level manager in the Chantilly, VA area. The role leads the engineering, integration and administration needed to deliver capabilities and services to government intelligence agencies, working on projects in cybersecurity, digital transformation, data analytics and software development.

Key responsibilities

• Create fully developed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Agile schedules using Jira
• Coordinate engineering, integration and administration to deliver capabilities and services to the enterprise
• Ensure projects are completed and delivered according to the implementation plan and schedule
• Lead the exploration of emerging technologies through demonstrations, technical evaluations and input to the customer's roadmap
• Coordinate the build-out and testing of applications and tools in virtual and physical environments
• Manage engineering, integration and administration support for delivery to the operational and engineering baseline
• Manage incident and request ticket queues through ServiceNow and other ticket platforms
• Manage, use, evaluate and update engineer instruction sets and SOPs
• Assign tasks to help Program/Project engineers test and implement enhancements
• Support integration of systems, applications and tools within the Cyber Data Platform
• Manage Tier 1-4 customer support, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues for the EITA and DCO
• Track tasks, projects and priorities across multiple program areas

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of cyber experience
• Experience leading a small to medium-sized team
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Ability to interact with senior management and apply DoD/IC policy and cybersecurity guidance
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, and handle sudden shifts in priorities
