Cyber Defense & OT Consulting Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead its Cyber Defense & Engineering practice focused on Operational Technology (OT). You will design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments, manage client engagements, and mentor junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy cybersecurity architectures for OT and industrial control systems.
• Lead project teams, ensuring planning, budgeting, execution and delivery meet client expectations.
• Manage client accounts, coordinate engagements and maintain quality standards.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical growth and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in cybersecurity consulting, preferably within OT or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to understand complex system interactions.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills for client and team interactions.
