Customer Support Representative (French C1 & English C1)

About the role

PEXLY, a global company providing remote assistants and outsourced teams for customer support, tech support, back office and sales and marketing support, is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Representative with English C1 and French C1. This is a remote full-time position, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 EST.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic support to customers in English and French via inbound and outbound calls and email.
• Handle claims, warranty services, product support, technician visits and general service requests.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and collect complete, accurate information.
• Create and maintain detailed claim records of every interaction.
• Guide customers through the claims process and follow up on open cases, appointments, missing information and other outstanding actions.
• Work proactively with internal teams and service partners to move cases forward.
• Manage a high volume of interactions while staying organized, accurate and customer-focused.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer support experience.
• French C1 and English C1, fluent writing and speaking.
• Proven experience supporting customers in the United States and Canada.
• Basic understanding of Canadian geography, languages and regional differences, as the role handles addresses across provinces.
• Previous experience in warranty or insurance services is an asset.
