Customer Success Manager – Americas (Remote)

About the role

Rainforest QA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with its Americas customers. You will guide clients through implementation, drive adoption of the no‑code test automation platform, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 40+ accounts with ACV of $50k+, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Achieve 100%+ net dollar retention by delivering value and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Provide consulting and project‑management support to product, engineering and QA teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
• Coach customers on best practices, drive usage of the platform, and turn satisfied clients into advocates measured by CSAT, NPS and referrals.
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in an early‑stage SaaS technology company.
• Proven ability to manage commercial aspects of customer relationships, including renewals and upsells.
• Comfortable working with technical stakeholders such as CTOs, VP of Engineering, and product leaders.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
