Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

About the role

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino's franchise operating more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its 1831 Pops Ferry Rd location in Biloxi. As CSR, you are the first and often only point of contact for customers, representing the Domino's brand and helping make their lives easier through excellent service, professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold RPM and Domino's brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Manage time and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old; a work permit is required in some locations.
• Willingness to learn and take part in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods on tiled floors, lift up to 25 pounds occasionally up to 50 with help, and work at heights of 36 to 48 inches and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
