Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

About the role

HiredSupport is a USA-based business process outsourcing company providing live chat, phone support, sales and back-office services to global clients. This on-site Customer Service Representative position supports a client, a U.S.-based education and certification institute for real estate professionals. You will handle calls and emails about events, promotions, educational courses and account troubleshooting for real estate agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from real estate agents about events, promotions, courses and account issues
• Resolve customer issues empathetically, matching the approach to each customer's state of mind
• Communicate professionally with clients on Slack or Teams
• Write friendly, error-free emails

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with a neutral or American accent
• Reliable commitment to the assigned project(s) according to the shift schedule
• Willingness to work in the office during evening hours

Required skills

• Touch typing at 55 WPM or more
• Quick learning of new software and subject matter
• Professional communication by phone, live chat and email
