Customer Service Representative

About the role

SEKO Logistics provides supply chain solutions, specializing in transportation, logistics, forwarding and warehousing, with over 120 offices in 40 countries. It is hiring a Customer Service Rep to handle day-to-day customer needs and requests, working closely with operations and billing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Address day-to-day customer needs and requests, resolving product or service problems and following up until resolved.
• Work with operations to resolve customer service issues and assist with customer billing issues.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring vendor information is complete in the system.
• Prepare shipping documents such as labels, compliance labels and bills of lading.
• Contribute to team effort, cross-train as required and help build a safe and healthy workplace.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior customer service, warehousing, shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English; bilingualism is a plus but not required.
• Professional conduct, good communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet and job-specific software.
• Accurate typing and data entry, and ability to generate routine reports.
