Customer Service Representative

About the role

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑growing team in the DFW Metroplex. You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and scheduling service appointments while using the Service Titan platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls professionally.
• Respond to email inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain up‑to‑date customer account details.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
• Promote additional services or products when appropriate.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of sitting for long periods and working evenings or weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Service Titan software.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
