About the role
Join 3M’s global Customer Service team and collaborate with innovative colleagues worldwide. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer satisfaction through proactive interactions across multiple channels.
- Process orders accurately, coordinate with sales, pricing, logistics, and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage returns and exchanges in partnership with AR and Disputes teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements by working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer order patterns and delivering creative solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or client engagement in a private, public, or government setting.
- Current experience within the 3M GBS Customer Service Organization (including contract workers).
- Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, specifically SAP and Salesforce.
