About the role

Sunwave Energy is seeking a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Assistant to join its Tampa office. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product warranties, inquiries, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions promptly and courteously via phone and email.
  • Manage warranty documentation for water purifiers, ensuring accurate processing and follow‑up.
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Conduct welcome calls in English for new customers.
  • Support sales and training activities in English.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
  • Positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
