Customer Service Representative – Home Services

About the role

Join the C. Woods team, now operating as Ace Hardware Home Services, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking plumbing and other home‑service assistance, delivering a helpful and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and accurately enter customer information into ServiceTitan in real time.
• Deliver a great customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly with field technicians and help coordinate their schedules.
• Dispatch and support technicians throughout the day to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage multi‑day and multi‑vendor projects from start to finish.
• Support the team with a positive, team‑first attitude and assist teammates when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Recent experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• High level of integrity in both professional and personal conduct.
• Growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve.
• Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation after hours as needed.
