About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will help improve AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that affect model quality.

Key responsibilities

Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
Assess the correctness, relevance, and performance of AI‑generated responses.
Identify and document issues, providing feedback to improve model behavior.

Required profile

Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Experience in writing, editing, research, or fact‑checking.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
